Donorfy Health Check

Donorfy Health Check
Ensure you’re getting the most from Donorfy with a Donorfy Health Check. We’ll be in touch to book your first session.
5 structured sessions to audit your database and create an action plan:
Through 5 structured sessions, we’ll work through a Donorfy assessment and audit. Together we’ll work to see how you’re currently using Donorfy and identify any gaps and action points. Between sessions, you’ll work on any ‘quick wins’ and plan for longer-term changes.
Session 1: Overview
In this session, we’ll get a better understanding of your background and assess and audit your Fundraising Activities within Donorfy.
Session 2: Finance and Integrations
We’ll check your progress from session 1 and start to assess your financial processes and how you move data between Donorfy and other systems, either via the integrations or otherwise.
Session 3: Configuration
It may have been a while since you set up Donorfy and we recognise that things change. We’ll do a bit of ‘housekeeping’ in this session and assess if anything needs to change.
Session 4: Data Quality and Security
We’ll assess the quality of your current and historic data. We’ll also assess your security settings within Donorfy.
Session 5: Account, Community, and final planning
We’ll run through your account settings anything else added value and go through any final planning to ensure you’re set for the next period with Donorfy.
Get more from Donorfy, in just 5 sessions:
By the end of the 5 sessions, you will have identified any gaps, made some ‘quick wins’ to improve how you’re using Donorfy now. You’ll also have an action plan to make sure you’re making the most of Donorfy over the next period.
The Health Check costs £620 for the 5 sessions, payable at the start of the sessions.
Session 1 lasts 90 minutes. Sessions 2-4 are 60 minutes and Session 5 is 30 minutes.
As part of the sessions, we will identify ‘quick wins’ which are actions that can be done between each session. We recommend you completing these between sessions so that you can ask any questions at the start of the next session.
Sometimes, you may not have the time or expertise in-house to complete the actions identified as part of this process. You may also feel that further training is required for you or your team.
If this is the case, we can discuss what you might need and either provide a quote from Core Insights or recommend you to another suitable Donorfy Partner.
The Health Check is useful for charities who have been using Donorfy for a while (usually over 1 year). It can also be helpful for organisations who have set up Donorfy without the Onboarding service or Partner support. Either way, your Donorfy is likely to need some TLC at some point and that’s where the Health Check service comes in.
We recommend that you nominate 1 or 2 team members to go through the process. They likely will have a good knowledge of how your team uses Donorfy, they don’t need a Computer Science degree but having an eye for process and data helps.
The Health Check is designed to be a light touch diagnostic and planning tool, so if you have a large team with complex processes, our Donorfy Consultancy service may be better suited to you
The Health Check is non-refundable. If you need to rearrange a Donorfy Health Check session, they can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge, up until 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of £55 (we'll have set aside the time for your Health Check and may not be able to use that time for other work at short notice).
“Just to say a big thank you for your help, we found the Donorfy Healthcheck highly valuable helping us to use Donorfy more effectively and efficiently”
-Elsie Riley, Scottish Mountain Rescue
Core Insights were really helpful and took the time to carefully explain things and find solutions to any problems we were having. Really glad we chose the Onboarding option for our charity. We only have 2 fundraisers, and as a small team needed the extra guidance and help that Onboarding provided. I'd definitely recommend it, and it was great value for money for the support on offer.
-Jennie Payne, Fundraising Manager, Groundswell
I found the Donorfy Health Check sessions very helpful and good fun. We walked through each area that Donorfy offers, with practical advice and then homework to make improvements. By the end of the five sessions, I was clear on where my areas of growth were and had a clear path to implement this myself or get support. I now feel Donorfy is working for me and I can continue unphased. Thank you so much.
-Joanna Powell, Treasurer, BAAS Educational Trust
Chloe was excellent at virtually holding our hands throughout the whole process of Donorfy Onboarding, answering any questions we had, supporting us with the journey and being patient when we needed to recap things! I would thoroughly recommend the Donorfy Onboarding service to anyone who is switching to Donorfy - it gives you the confidence and knowledge to launch a new system.
-Emma Carter, Air Ambulances Trust
Chloe Parker as our onboarder and the Donorfy Support team have been a delightful introduction (in every sense!) to Donorfy. Patient, well resourced and great communicators, they have made the transition to Donorfy a smooth one. We can already see many ways of streamlining our operation as a result. Thoroughly recommended.
-Roy Stannard FRSA, Head of Income Generation and Comms, Off The Fence Trust
I thought the Donorfy onboarding sessions were really helpful and thorough. Despite having a good understanding of how the CRM worked, it was useful to break down what I needed it to do so that initial Word document I filled out really helped.
