From the initial workshopping phase, where we were encouraged to identify goals and responsibilities in line with our business strategy, to the latter stages of migrating complex data and onboarding our diverse team of staff, our experience with Core Insights (and Aegis) has ensured an accurate and efficient transition to a new CRM system. I found the Donorfy Health Check sessions very helpful and good fun. We walked through each area that Donorfy offers, with practical advice and then homework to make improvements.
